This is a total longshot, so please forgive me for not knowing what the hell I'm talking about.

Hypothetical situation. I have Sly Cooper 2 for Playstation 2. I want to put that game into my computer, find the audio files from the disc, and convert them into some sort of MP3 (or similar type of) file so I can burn them to an audio CD.

The following table contains known PS1 games that had 2 or more discs. This table is sortable, with the number of discs-per-game following the Title in Column 2. Following are two additional tables: Compilations of Final Fantasy; and 16 'issues' of PlayStation Underground Magazine. These games typically share immersive storylines (many are RPG's) and plentiful FMV. The table currently contains. Converting PSX Disc Image to PSP EBOOT. I tried a google search, but the best I could find is 'load disc, explore contents' (a bunch of binary files and stuff I have no idea as to the identity of), or 'use some program', which either I can't get working or in one case gave me a few half-second chunks of sound that I recognize.

Does anyone know what programs I need to download to do this? Or does anyone have any suggestions or tips? Instead of recording the audio from the game while it's playing, I'd like to get at the original audio files on the disc.
